Flat Amount (Taxes Included)

  • Initial Nutrition Consultation (Up to 1 hour): $100
  • Follow-Up Visit (Up to 30 minutes): $70
  • All packages include free meal plans

(1 assessment + 3 follow-ups) ***Excellent for starters with a short term goal

(1 assessment + 6 follow-ups)  ***Great package for individuals requiring more nutritional education and support for a long term goal

(6 extra follow-ups) 

(1 assessment, weekly follow-ups for 3 months)

  • Pregnant women or women who are planning on having a newborn, by providing customized presentations and/or group activities regarding Nutrition and Pregnancy, and to help prevent Maternal Depression with the detailed knowledge of food and nutrition
